The type of covered electrode oven depends on the drying and storage capacity in covered electrode and the requirements of temperature control. For example, HB-YWCH covered electrode furnace is divided into 30kg, 60kg,100kg,150kg, 200kg, 300kg and 500kg. If the demand is greater, non-standard covered electrode oven equipment can be designed separately.
In terms of drying and storage methods, it can be divided into single heating greenhouse mode. The highest temperature of this type of drying room can reach 500℃, and the temperature is self-controlled, that is, it only has drying function. If a storage room is added on the basis of a single heating room, the utilization rate of equipment will be improved. The drying room and storage room adopt independent circuits to measure and control the temperature. The drying time of the drying room can be set, and then the alarm will stop. The maximum working temperature of the storage room is 150℃.

The electrode drying oven is mainly divided into two series: ZYH/ZYHC. ZYHC series consists of drying box, storage box, automatic temperature control system and temperature detection elements. For ZYH series, except that there is no storage box, other parts are exactly the same as ZYHC series products. Different models and specifications can accommodate different covered electrode capacities.
1. Install far-infrared radiation elements in the chamber of the drying oven, and isolate the chamber from the shell with heat insulation materials. In order to facilitate access to covered electrode, each floor is equipped with stainless steel drawers.
2. The storage box is specially designed for storing the dried coated covered electrode, and is also heated by far infrared elements. It is controlled by an independent electrical part and automatically keeps the temperature constant.
3. The automatic temperature control system consists of a digital temperature controller, a digital time delay relay and a buzzer. When the temperature in the cabinet reaches the set temperature, the drying program will be automatically turned on until the set time, and then the buzzer and the "end" indicator light will be turned on.
4. The temperature detection element adopts K-type (Ni-Cr-Ni-Si) thermoelectric angle.
