In accordance with the relevant provisions of the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on strengthening the deployment of epidemic prevention and control work in autumn and winter in COVID-19 and the notice of the Ministry of Transport on printing and distributing the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Passenger Stations and Vehicles", in order to avoid the spread of COVID-19 epidemic through public transport and effectively curb the occurrence of the epidemic, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. When taking public transport such as buses, long-distance buses and taxis, you must always wear a mask, otherwise, the public transport practitioners have the right to refuse you to ride.
Second, acts that do not listen to dissuasion and disturb the order of public places, which constitute violations of public security management, shall be dealt with by public security organs according to law, and criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law if they constitute crimes.
