(1) Overseas visitors to Henan: From the time of entry, the first 14 days of concentrated isolation period was in red team, if all the nucleic acid tests were negative in the first 14 days, the home health monitoring period in the first 15-28 days was yellow code, during which all the nucleic acid tests were negative, and it turned into a green code after 28 days.

(2) Those who hold the green code or the yellow code, if the nucleic acid test is positive, or if they are judged as close contacts or close contacts, will become red codes.

(III) Confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons: confirmed cases during hospitalization and after discharge, isolation medical observation period 14 days, concentrated isolation period of asymptomatic infected persons and termination of home medical observation period 14 days, when 14 days expires and the nucleic acid test is negative, 15-28 days is yellow code, and the nucleic acid is 28 days later.

(4) The close contacts between the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons are red team during the centralized isolation medical observation period of 14 days, for example, all the nucleic acid tests are negative within 14 days, and all the nucleic acid tests are negative during the home health monitoring period of 15-2 1 day, 2/kloc.

(5) Close contact between confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, and close contact between suspected cases and suspected cases are red team during the period of centralized isolation medical observation. If all nucleic acid tests are negative and the isolation is lifted, it will become a green code.

(6) Turn the health codes released by the "Internet Plus Supervision" regional survey platform in Henan Province, which are accompanied by infected people, residents in key areas, residents in medium and high-risk areas in time and space, and risk groups determined according to the trajectory of case activities into yellow codes. If the quarantine expires and the nucleic acid test proves negative, the health codes will be turned into green codes, and if the nucleic acid test is positive, the health codes will be turned into red codes.

Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall not disclose relevant information and materials involving personal privacy.
