The relationship between drinking water and health is 300 words.

Hello everyone! Today, the topic of my speech under the national flag is "Healthy Drinking Water, Healthy Growth".

School is our common home. In the morning light and breeze, students are thriving in six small auditoriums. However, in this beautiful campus, there are such discordant notes. Just after cleaning the campus, our classmates threw away the unfinished beverage cans. These colored drinks not only pollute the campus environment, but also endanger our health.

As we all know, water is one of the indispensable substances in life, and the source of water in human body mainly depends on drinking water. What can be used to replenish water for children? Many people will think of all kinds of drinks, which is told by many advertisements. Because drinks are delicious, people's money bags are getting bigger and bigger, and more and more children are drinking drinks, and their age is getting younger and younger. Pure and tasteless boiled water is gradually replaced by drinks, which is actually a bad tendency that affects our healthy growth.

First of all, drinks are brightly colored, and most of the colors come from pigments. Some self-proclaimed "pure natural" beverages also need synthetic chemical preservatives. Our body is still immature, and the detoxification ability of the liver and the detoxification function of the kidney are relatively poor. Drinking drinks often will interfere with normal metabolism and affect our physique and intelligence. Children who drink water instead of drinking water for a long time will cause malnutrition, obesity and ADHD.

Secondly, sugar is almost the same ingredient in all drinks. A small amount of sugar can treat some diseases and enhance sports ability. If you eat too much sugar, you will feel full, and you will no longer have an appetite to continue eating. We have poor self-control and prefer to drink those sweet drinks with sugar. As a result, we often drink drinks, which leads to the trouble of eating badly and directly affects the healthy development of the body. Therefore, it is very important for our healthy growth to advocate drinking more boiled water and less or no drinks.

Let's all act, supervise each other, drink healthy water and grow up healthily. Let our campus be more civilized and beautiful!
