Is spruce moisture-proof?

Spruce likes to grow in a warm and rainy climate. Generally speaking, good ventilation and sufficient sunshine are required.

Picea crassifolia has strong cold tolerance and can grow healthily in cold areas such as Shanxi and Tibet in China, leaving its own important green mark for rural greening. Picea crassifolia can naturally overwinter at -35℃, and its cold tolerance level is equivalent to that of Sabina vulgaris.

Spruce has good resistance to water shortage, mild and moderate water shortage will be good, short-term severe drought will be good, and its adaptability to the environment is very strong.

Spruce can also grow in a variety of soils, and the standards for soil are not strict, such as yellow soil, black soil and sandy soil, but the drainage should be smooth, the ground should be flat and the rainy season should be continuous, so that there can be no water on the ground and the water can be quickly exported.

Of course, mild saline-alkali land is completely possible. Spruce is a salt-tolerant variety, which grows well in coastal cities such as Jiangsu and Fujian.
