First of all, the timetable

In principle, all students should go back to school. Without approval, all students are not allowed to return to school early. If you can't return to school on time due to special reasons, you must go through the formalities of asking for leave. The time for students to return to school is February 1 1- 12.
Second, the conditions for resumption of study
Seven days before returning to school, the students conducted daily health self-tests such as measuring body temperature and observing clinical symptoms related to novel coronavirus infection, and no symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and sore throat appeared.
Students who do not meet the above conditions will be suspended from returning to school, and further notice will be given according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in the autonomous region and Guilin.

Each college must conduct a comprehensive investigation on students' COVID-19 infection and rehabilitation, basic diseases, vaccination, mental health, and returning to school through the data reporting module, and establish student health accounts.
(2) Do a good job in student safety reminders and travel information statistics.
Students who meet the requirements of returning to school and their parents should sign a letter of commitment to remind students to do a good job in self-protection, material reserve, vaccination, emergency treatment and other matters needing attention. The student affairs department and college should master the detailed return information of each student.
(3) Do a good job in student back-to-school service and emergency response drills and training.
Before the start of school, contact experts from Guilin CDC to train front-line service personnel on "B and B management" of novel coronavirus infection, and cooperate with designated hospitals to carry out emergency handling drills for critical cases.

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control on campus, students, relatives, outsiders and vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus. After returning to school, students need to cooperate with temperature measurement and scan the QR code of "coaching cat" before returning to the dormitory.
(1) Students who arrive in Guilin by public transport can take the shuttle buses set up by Guilin Public Transport Group at major traffic stations to go directly to the school. The specific arrangement of the shuttle bus will be announced separately.
(2) Arrive in Guilin by bus (including taxi and online car), students get off at the school gate, and others in the bus will not get off, and turn around and return according to the vehicle guide signs.

(1) Students should conduct self-health monitoring in the first week after returning to school. If they have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, and decreased sense of smell, they should report to the psychological counselor in time. After diagnosis, transfer to a health station or contact an off-campus hospital for health monitoring and treatment.
(2) All colleges should give a good first lesson and strengthen education and guidance on nutritious diet, routine, hygiene and daily protection; Health centers should publicize the knowledge and skills of infectious disease prevention and control, guide students to take the initiative to vaccinate, and improve students' awareness of disease prevention and self-protection ability; Pay attention to students' psychological problems and carry out psychological health consultation and service in time. Students who are infected or recovering shall not be organized to participate in strenuous activities.
(3) Carry out patriotic health activities. Dormitories should be ventilated and cleaned frequently, toilets should be kept clean and hygienic, and special personnel should be arranged to be responsible for the sanitary management and inspection of dorms, and do a good job in garbage cleaning and daily disinfection of public areas.
(4) Standardize the management of entering and leaving the school gate, measure the body temperature when entering the school, allow teachers and students to pass through the campus with one card, establish a student health monitoring mechanism in the student work department, college, clinic and student apartment, establish a work ledger, and implement a daily report system.
