Keywords observation of sub-health curative effect of auricular point exercise, China picture classification number R245.9 document identification number A:1006-1533 (2012)14-0043-03 Sub-health refers to a state between health and disease, and the number of people in sub-health state is up to. Huangdi Neijing records: "Ear is the place where ancestral veins gather". All the meridians of the human body are gathered in the ear, which is one of the most important holographic parts of the human body. Massage ear points can activate the whole body meridians, accelerate blood circulation and promote metabolism. Therefore, we designed our own ear acupuncture practice and tried it out among sub-health residents in Yanji community. The report is as follows.

1 objects and methods

1. 1 object

Cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 120 residents with sub-health symptoms in Yanji Village and Friendship Community of Yanji Street. The selection criteria are: meeting the diagnostic criteria of sub-health; Age 30 ~ 60 years old; The resident population of this community; I give my voluntary and informed consent. Eligible subjects 120, including 50 males and 70 females.

1.2 Reference standard for sub-health diagnosis

With the following 1 and 2 items, plus any three or more symptoms in the third item, it is diagnosed as physical sub-health.

1) has suffered from various discomforts for more than 6 months. After systematic examination, there is no evidence of obvious organic pathological damage and positive changes in laboratory examination indicators;

2) Organic diseases without vital organs, or pathological damage of the original diseases and changes of experimental examination indexes in the process of rehabilitation, have no obvious internal relationship with the existing clinical manifestations.

3) All kinds of physical discomfort symptoms, mainly fatigue, such as difficulty sleeping, tinnitus, dizziness, chest tightness, backache, stiff neck and shoulders, shortness of breath, fatigue, numbness of hands and feet, constipation and other symptoms, lasted for more than half a year.

1.3 method

1.3. 1 auricular point practice method

1) Rub the tip of the ear. Knead the tip of the ear with your forefinger and thumb, from light to heavy. It is advisable to have hyperemia and redness at the tip of the ear, and the pulling force is limited to not feeling pain, 30 times each time. This method has the effects of calming the nerves, clearing the brain, tonifying the kidney, improving eyesight and relieving pain.

2) Rub the helix with both hands, hold the helix with your thumb, press it from top to bottom, and rub it to the earlobe, so that the helix is congested and hot. Be careful not to push too hard. As long as you persist for a long time, you will be able to strengthen your limbs, strengthen your brain and tonify your kidney, and prevent and treat headache, dizziness, frequent urination and low back pain.

3) Massage the whole ear. After the palms of both hands are rubbed and heated, massage the front of the ear first, then fold the back of the ear forward, once before and after, and massage repeatedly for 30 times. This method can dredge channels and collaterals, reconcile qi and blood, and has a health care effect on the kidneys and organs of the whole body, so that the five internal organs of the human body can be peaceful and strong.

4) Massage the inner cavities of both ears. Bend the back of index finger of both hands, rotate 360 degrees once, massage for 30 times, and knead the triangular fossa of both ears, external ear and external ear cavity. This method can prevent and treat tinnitus, promote hearing sensitivity, nourish yin and kidney, soothe the nerves and lower blood pressure, and strengthen the brain.

5) Pinch tragus, also known as small ear, is located in front of the ear canal hole. Hold the tragus with your thumb and forefinger, and pull it from the inside out to make the tragus congested and red, and massage it repeatedly for 30 times. This method can achieve the effect of losing weight, and can also treat diabetes, otitis media, nasopharyngitis and other diseases.

6) Cover your ears and sing the ancient days, stick your palms tightly to your ears and fix them with your thumb. The other four fingers strike the occipital part behind your head together or alternately, that is, Naohu, Fengfu and Dumen points, and there is a "drumming" sound in your ears, such as drumming, and the ancient heavenly sound is played 30 times each time. The method has effect of refreshing brain, improve hearing and improving vision. The above-mentioned ear exercises twice a day can be used as a daily health care method, which has a good effect on common diseases such as tinnitus, dizziness, insomnia, headache and neurasthenia in middle-aged and elderly people.

Ear point exercises are held twice a day for 45 minutes each time, and are practiced by community nurses.

1.3.2 questionnaire survey

Self-designed questionnaire, including general situation, sleep, tinnitus, dizziness, chest tightness, backache, stiff neck and shoulders, shortness of breath, fatigue, numbness of hands and feet, constipation and other symptoms, mainly based on patients' self-feeling. Respondents fill in the questionnaire themselves, complete the questionnaire on the spot and recycle it. Questionnaire survey was conducted before the intervention, half a year after the intervention and after the intervention 1 year. Each time, 120 questionnaires were distributed and 120 questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 100.0%.

1.4 statistical method

Use SPSS 1 1.0 statistical software to analyze and sort out the data.

Two results

After 1 year intervention, the symptoms of sleep, tinnitus, dizziness, chest tightness, low back pain, stiff neck and shoulder muscles, shortness of breath, fatigue, numbness of hands and feet, constipation and so on have been obviously improved (table 1).

3 discussion

3. 1 mechanism of auricular point practice

Ear point massage, commonly known as ear rubbing health care method, is a massage method that effectively stimulates ears by rubbing, pulling, kneading, pinching and pressing, and acts on related ear points to achieve health care and treatment effects. Diagnosing diseases and keeping healthy through ears has a long history in China. As early as 2000 years ago, there was a record of "ear pulse" in China, which believed that the ear was the focus of ten thousand pulses. Chinese medicine believes that auricular points are closely connected with human viscera and limbs through meridians; Massage of auricular points can achieve the effects of dredging meridians, stimulating qi of meridians, regulating viscera, tonifying kidney and strengthening body, preventing and treating diseases and delaying aging. In Song Dynasty, Su Shen Liang Fang said, "Rub your eyes and ears to help the true qi". In the book "Li Zheng Massage" in the Qing Dynasty, [3] the back of the ear belongs to the five internal organs, and it is believed that massage behind the ear can regulate the five internal organs and prevent visceral diseases. Modern research has found that there are very rich nerves in the ear, and these nerve endings constitute very dense receptors, which can receive stimulus information sensitively and transmit stimulus information to the corresponding parts. Various experiments and studies show that stimulating related ear points can promote blood circulation, regulate cell function, improve immunity, and make various physiological functions and internal environment tend to be benign, thus achieving the goal of health.

3.2 Selection of Ear Points in Practice

This study shows that sub-health people can obviously improve sub-health physical symptoms such as tinnitus, dizziness, backache, insomnia, neck and shoulder stiffness through auricular point massage exercise, which has the functions of tonifying kidney and strengthening body, strengthening body resistance, improving immune function and disease resistance, thus making use of diseases and reducing the incidence of diseases. For example, pulling the upper end of auricle helix can lower blood pressure, while massaging Shenmen, Xue Xin and Shen Xue points in the inner cavity of both ears can relieve tension, relieve stress, promote sleep, prolong sleep time and improve sleep quality. The inner cavity of both ears contains holographic acupoints such as sympathetic nerve point, large intestine point and rectal point, which are the main acupoints for treating constipation. Rub the chakras of both ears to the earlobe, where there are eyesight-improving points. Sticking to massage can prevent myopia and treat eye diseases such as cataracts. Pressing the "hunger point" of the tragus can reduce appetite and avoid overeating. Another example is massage to the middle point of earlobe, which can relieve angina pectoris and has a miraculous effect on stopping hiccups. It can be seen that ear exercises can not only prevent sub-health, but also play an auxiliary role in treating diseases.

3.3 Advantages of auricular point practice

Ear point massage has the following advantages: ① it can treat functional diseases of various organs (such as diseases of viscera, muscles, endocrine and nervous system) with a wide range of symptoms; ② Auricular point stimulation has good anti-inflammatory, analgesic and sleep-helping effects. ③ Simple operation of auricular point massage does not require expensive equipment, and there is no time and place restriction, as long as it is free; ④ It is easy to learn without medical technicians or professionals, as long as we know the distribution position of acupoints. The names of acupoints are the names of our body organs and limbs. ⑤ Ear point massage with less side effects is a stimulus to acupoints. As long as there is stimulation, it will have an effect, even if it is pressed in the wrong position. Therefore, it is worth popularizing in families, office buildings and institutions.
