Liangxia-making of herbal tea

My son is on holiday. In hot summer, making a pot of herbal tea is healthy and cool.

Cold tea is to make tea with cold water, which can be put in the refrigerator for cold drinks or drunk at room temperature.

Making tea with cold water can not only keep the taste of tea, but also retain the nutrients of tea to the greatest extent, and the nutrients are released the most, and these substances contribute as much as hot tea in antioxidation, lipid lowering and blood sugar lowering.

Bubble method:

There are three methods for brewing herbal tea: cold water brewing, ice water brewing and ice infiltration.

Cold water brewing: Take 500ml mineral water as an example, add 3~5g tea leaves, shake them up and down slightly, and soak for about1~ 2h.

Ice water brewing: Take 500ml mineral water as an example, add 3~5g tea leaves, and put them in the refrigerator for one night.

Ice infiltration: put 3~5g tea leaves into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of ice cubes, let stand until the ice cubes are completely melted, and spoon the tea soup into a teacup for drinking.

Not all teas are suitable for cold soaking. Suitable teas for cold soaking are:

Green tea: It is best to choose new tea, so that it can have a mellow taste.

Lightly fermented tea: The lighter the fermentation, the healthier the tea, and the more fragrant and sweet the taste when making cold tea, such as Baihao Yinzhen and Bai Mudan.

I used Biluochun. I put a proper amount in a glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator all night. You can drink it early the next morning.

Good tea cannot be wasted. Cooking pancakes for my son with tea leaves is nutritious.

Herbal tea is not suitable for everyone. For people who are too weak to eat cold food, it is recommended to drink less.

In hot summer, a cool drink can cool off the heat, which is a good choice for young people who love tea.
