How normal is the standard temperature of human body?

The temperature between 36℃ and 37℃ belongs to normal body temperature. Below 36℃ is hypothermia, and above 37℃ is hypothermia. Generally, 37.5℃-38.5℃ is called mild fever, 38.5℃-39℃ is called moderate fever, and 39℃-40℃ is called high fever. When measuring your temperature, you usually put a thermometer under your arm. Pay attention to measuring your body temperature in a smooth and calm situation, and don't measure your body temperature just after running a few kilometers, which is not accurate. Therefore, to judge whether a person has a fever, be careful not to just finish strenuous exercise or drink a lot of hot water when measuring his temperature with an underarm thermometer, which will affect the accuracy and authenticity of your measurement. At present, the method of measuring body temperature is generally used under the armpit of thermometer, but sometimes anal temperature or oral temperature is also used. This method is rarely used now, because it is not easy to disinfect and easy to cause pollution, so it is not commonly used. But by the way, the measured value of anal temperature and oral temperature is slightly higher than that of armpit, about 0.3℃-0.5℃ higher.
