When I was a child, I was in poor health, so that I didn't participate in all sports activities from primary school to high school. When I heard the word "sports meeting", I was frightened. That's what people do. I don't know how fulfilled I am after trying. In a relay race in high school, I signed up for the team's 20*400 relay race, although I was a little worried because my classmates were very powerful. So when I brought my stick, there were no players within 300 meters. This experience has given me some confidence in sports. After I gradually started playing basketball and taking part in sports activities, basketball has always been the main sports activity in high school college life. After graduating from college, I began to work and gradually drifted away from sports. Due to irregular working hours, physical condition deteriorated. I came across an article about running. The hero in the article gained self-confidence through running and embarked on the right track of his career. Now I am no longer young, but this article makes me start running with a try, from the initial "running white" to the current junior runner, from a person who has never exercised to participating in the second international marathon, from a little fat man weighing more than 150 kg to running with a fairly well-balanced figure.
Running all the way, on the way from 20 18 to 20 19, won the "Wuxi International Mamasong" from the first horse who participated in the "First Baotou International Marathon". As a member of Baotou who likes running, I have higher expectations for Lucheng Marathon than others. Because it's a competition in front of your own house, you should take part in it anyway, not only for your own exercise, but also for yourself. In the long-awaited months, Ma Bao finally came, and the date was set at August 18. When I learned the news, it was more than two months before the game. The whole running group began intensive training, and many runners participated in our "marathon training camp", so that everyone could achieve better results without being injured.
Pre-competition training articles: Because I have been participating in marathon training camp, I have training tasks every day, including aerobic running, marathon pace running, interval running, muscle strength training, some flexibility training and weekend LSD long-distance running training. At first, I could train with everyone. Later, due to other reasons and my own inertia, I gradually ignored the training and only ran two long distances before the race. The goal of this horse race is to finish it in 2 hours. The previous score in Wuxi was 2 hours and 07 minutes. This time, due to the slack in the later period, I think the worst time is to run for about 2 hours, 10- 15 minutes.
Pre-competition preparation: With the gradual progress of training, the competition date is approaching. On August 6th16th, I received the competition package with my friends and visited various booths. Because it is a game at home, there is not much preparation. Because of something the night before the game, 1 1:00 just lay in bed and gradually entered the dream game.
Halfway through the race: I got up at 3:50 am on August 18 due to the early road closure of the marathon. I got up early in a hurry, and rode with my friends to the place where our tour group booked, "the gate of Baotou Grand Theatre", and began to prepare for signing in and taking photos. The enthusiasm of friends at the scene is like an active volcano about to erupt, and we are passionate. At about 7: 20, we lined up for a happy run. In this way, we started my "second marathon trip". After the shooting, the partners rushed out of the starting point with lightning speed. My running group members and I also started to follow the big team on the Mercedes-Benz track. Marathon brings us not only exercise, but also an extremely excited mood, because many runners on the track make you feel that life is so beautiful in an instant. Some runners pushed their children to finish the race barefoot. There are even players in wheelchairs coming to the competition. Seeing such a scene, why don't we keep running? Due to the lack of late training, I began to put the speed on a more comfortable pace. After about 5 kilometers, I went to the toilet before the game. All my friends with me ran ahead of me. I want to catch up, but my physical condition doesn't allow it. I met Yang Yang and Zhu Jian 'an in 7 kilometers, and I came all the way. I ran ahead alone. 10 km, feel physical strength decrease, and replenish running energy gel. At12km, I met Ma Tao "Tao Ge" and I came all the way. The supply on the road is really good. At15km, Tao Ge looked at my face and said, "Qingxian, you look tired. Run slowly in the shade. " I walked about 1 km. I looked at the heart rate meter in the bowl. At this time, it has reached 190. I immediately reduced my pace, but my heart rate was still high or not, and I felt uncomfortable. I stopped and walked for nearly a kilometer. When my heart rate reached around 160, I started running again. Until I reached the finish line, there were still 800 meters under the cheers of the audience. Finally, the game ended in 2 hours and 24 minutes, followed by stretching, taking photos and patting all the way. This race brought me not only the second half-horse race in my life, but also deepened the feelings between my teammates and I felt the warmth of the running group family.
