Strictly implement 14-day centralized isolation +7-day home isolation +7-day home health monitoring, nucleic acid detection and "point-to-point" closed-loop transport measures for all overseas personnel returning to health. 2. In the middle and high risk areas and their counties (municipalities, districts, banners, towns or streets, sub-provincial cities), centralized isolation observation measures were implemented for 14 days (the isolation time was counted from the time when they left the above areas), during which nucleic acid detection was conducted for 4 times (days 1 3, 7, 13). 3. Personnel from other counties (cities, districts, banners) in the city where the high-risk area is located shall pass through within 48 hours after checking the negative certificate of health coding and nucleic acid detection. 4. For those from low-risk areas outside the above areas, check the "two yards" before passing. 5. Railway stations, bus stations and traffic checkpoints entering Weihe River shall be implemented with reference to the above policies.
