Personal summary of the survey report on diet and health of middle school students

With the development of social economy, people's living standards have been greatly improved, and health has become the goal pursued by modern people. However, some health problems are always testing and challenging our bodies, especially the health problems of middle school students who are regarded as the future of the motherland have attracted more and more attention. The diet and health problems of middle school students have become a difficult problem that puzzles modern people. However, we know that the most important factor leading to our unhealthy is diet, and many health problems will appear in the poor diet of middle school students. Therefore, our group chose the topic "Middle School Students' Diet and Health" to investigate the related problems of middle school students' diet and health. We can get the reasons why middle school students have dietary health problems, let the majority of middle school students realize the relationship between diet and health, and let middle school students know how to eat correctly to be healthy. We will investigate through questionnaires, online information search and interviews with students, which are the main ways to obtain information. In addition, we also consulted some books and got a little information. Looking up information on the internet, for most people, entering middle school will also enter a leap stage of growth and development-adolescence. Good nutrition affects the development of the body, which is particularly important. Therefore, the prevention of malnutrition requires a scientific and reasonable diet to prevent it before it happens. Teenagers' physical development is extremely rapid, coupled with intense study and a lot of activities, they need to consume more calories. The calories mainly come from rice, flour, fat and protein, so middle school students should eat three meals first. Middle school students' metabolism is vigorous, bones grow rapidly, and the number of muscle cells rises linearly. Special attention should be paid to the supply of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and vitamins A and D. Iron is needed for the formation of a large number of tissues, and anemia will occur due to insufficient supply, so iron supplementation is more important. In order to get rid of the habit of being picky about food, reasonable collocation of food, vegetables and meat can not only make the nutrients needed by the human body complete, but also complement each other (that is, the complementary effect of nutrition). Middle school students should not only pay attention to the above points, but also consider the characteristics of this period: in eating habits, it is easy to have behaviors such as uncontrolled eating, overeating, partial eclipse, taboo, picky eaters, eating snacks and dieting, and being afraid of obesity. Family meals should be of high quality and the menu should be diversified. Daily supply of meat and eggs 100- 150g, milk or soybean milk 1 bottle, 500-750g of grain and 300-500g of vegetables. Pay attention to various vitamins. Because middle school students use more eyes, adequate supply of vitamin A helps to protect their eyesight and prevent respiratory infection. Vitamin B is related to energy consumption. Vitamin c can promote the absorption of iron. In the cold season, vitamin D supplementation should also be considered to improve calcium absorption.
