Health codes are based on actual data and can be generated by citizens or people who have returned to work through online declaration and background audit. As an individual entering and leaving electronic certificate locally, the QR code can be declared once, which is universal in the whole city. The introduction of the health code aims to make the work of returning to work more accurate, scientific and orderly.
In order to facilitate individuals to apply for and use health codes, the National Health Commission clearly put forward relevant measures:
First, individuals do not need to apply for and show the health codes of the places of visit through traffic checkpoints, residential quarters, stations, airports, ports, passenger stations, ferries and open ports, hospitals, parks and other places with the information of "no abnormality" displayed by the national comprehensive government service platform's epidemic prevention and health codes or local health codes.
The second is to improve the use of health codes by special groups such as the elderly and minors. Health codes in all places should be handled by relatives and friends, and one person should bind many people to support family and friends to collect health codes with smart phones, which is convenient for groups who are not used to using smart phones.
The third is to allow paper health codes to pass the "green code" or "no abnormality".
Fourth, with my authorization, I can authorize the staff to check the health code on my behalf by checking the identity documents, which is convenient for groups who do not use smart phones to travel.
Fifth, conditional regions and places should set up "no health code channels" for groups such as the elderly who do not use smart phones. Sixth, strengthen the safety management of health code data and resolutely prevent data leakage.
