The general public should deeply understand the complexity and uncertainty of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, always tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, and overcome paralysis and luck. In order to accurately do the work of "external defense input and internal defense rebound" and reduce the risk of epidemic input and spread, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Our city takes health management measures for people who enter (return to) banyan trees from risk areas according to regulations: people who enter (return to) banyan trees from high-risk areas are subject to home isolation medical observation for 7 days (those who do not meet the requirements are transferred to centralized isolation medical observation); People who enter (return to) the low-risk area, that is, the county (city, district, banner) where the high-risk area is located, must hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, conduct two inspections for three days, and do a good job in health monitoring. The implementation time of the measures starts from leaving the risk area. If it has been more than 7 days, nucleic acid detection is needed, and health management can only be terminated if the result is negative. 2. Persons entering (returning to) Banyan Tree in Tibet, Xinjiang, Guangzhou, Guangdong, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, Zhengzhou, Chongqing, Shaoyang, Hunan, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, Lanzhou, Gansu and other provinces: those who have lived in these areas for less than five days must report to their communities (villages), units or hotels as soon as possible, and please do it nearby when they arrive at Banyan Tree/kloc-0.
3. In the near future, citizens of our city should not go to risk areas unless necessary (see Annex 1). If you really need to go, you must do personal protection and accurately record your activity track; Those who enter (return) the banyan tree from the risk area should take the negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, report to the local community (village), unit and hotel as soon as possible after entering (returning) the banyan tree, and implement health management measures according to the relevant prevention and control requirements of our city.
4. Please respond to COVID-19's national vaccination policy, especially children aged 3 to 1 1 and the elderly over 60 should actively cooperate with COVID-19's vaccination work. For citizens above 18 who have been vaccinated with the second dose of vaccine for six months, please complete the intensive vaccination as soon as possible to protect personal health, reduce the risk of infection and illness, and build an immune barrier for the population.
5. Please pay attention to the safety of frozen (hidden) food and pay close attention to the quarantine information of imported food released by government departments; Frozen (hidden) food operators shall cooperate with government departments to implement health monitoring, nucleic acid detection and other prevention and control measures.
