I'm talking about/this is my advice on how to keep healthy. As a middle school student, first of all, you'd better do more sports, such as ball games, running, swimming and skipping. Then you should pay attention to your diet, don't eat too much meat and sugar, and eat more vegetables and fruits. Third, you need enough sleep or rest. Then make yourself happy.
