5. The test indicators of primary school, junior high school, senior high school and university are mandatory. 6. The total grade of this standard school year consists of the sum of standard grade and additional grade, with a full score of 120. The standard score consists of the sum of the scores of individual indicators and the product of weights, with a full score of 100. According to the measured results, the bonus points are determined, that is, the bonus points with a score exceeding 100 are added, with a full score of 20 points; The bonus index for primary schools is 1 minute skipping rope, with a bonus range of 20 points; Junior high school, senior high school and university add points for boys' pull-ups and 1000m running, girls' sit-ups and 800m running 1 min, and all indicators add points 10.

7. According to the students' total academic year scores, the scores are: above 90.0 for excellent, 80.0 ~ 89.9 for good, 60.0 ~ 79.9 for passing, and below 59.9 for failing.

8. Each student is assessed once every academic year and recorded on the registration card of National Student Physical Health Standard (Schedule 1 ~ 6). Schools with special academic system can add or subtract columns according to regulations and needs when filling in the registration card. Students' graduation grades and grades shall be assessed according to the sum of 50% of their total graduation grades and 50% of the average grades in other academic years.
