The trade union of our bureau regards improving the quality of female workers as a main line, which runs through the work of female workers in a certain year. While giving full play to the role of female workers in the management and development of our bureau, through competitions and self-study activities, it has played a positive role in demonstrating and promoting the overall ability of female workers to adapt to the requirements of society, enterprises and posts, and has initially seen some effects. Our specific approach to this activity has the following three aspects:
First, raise awareness and organize carefully to ensure that the activity of "women workers' own quality" is carried out solidly and effectively.
In order to effectively carry out the self-compliance activities of female workers in our bureau, the female workers' committee of our bureau earnestly understood and implemented the spirit of document 20041February 15. And as the leading group of "self-bidding quality", the Women Workers' Committee of our bureau has studied and formulated the implementation plan of self-bidding activities for women workers in our bureau, covering the programs of "female workers' meritorious service project" and "female workers' quality improvement project", and the trade union chairman is responsible for this work.
Our bureau adopts a typical working idea of leading the way and pushing it away layer by layer, forming a working idea of the trade union chairman personally grasping, the female staff and workers cadres specifically grasping, layer by layer implementing, and the division of labor being responsible, and putting this work on the important agenda of trade union work, so as to achieve practical results and not go through the motions. With the contact point of the trade union group, several members of the women's working Committee of our bureau are responsible for this work respectively. According to its own characteristics, a trade union group also implemented the implementation plan of "quality self-standardization activity" for its subordinate business departments, ensuring that this activity was carried out solidly and effectively.
Our bureau stepped up publicity and vigorously promoted this activity through special discussions, symposiums and working meetings. The Women's Working Committee intensified its publicity by holding mobilization meetings, lectures and typical guidance meetings. In order to help female workers determine and choose the content and direction of their efforts to meet the standards, members of the female workers' committee of our bureau went deep into the grass-roots trade union organizations and business departments to investigate and understand the situation, and gave classified guidance according to the characteristics of each business department and the ideological reality, work ability and knowledge structure of female workers to help female workers choose their own content to meet the standards.
Two, rich in content, various forms, the "self-quality standards" activities and the work of female workers organically combined.
The Women's Working Committee of our bureau regards quality self-improvement as a main line, which runs through the work of female workers in recent years and pays attention to four combinations. First, combine the development of this activity with the education of "striving for Excellence" and take promoting the spirit of "striving for Excellence" as the premise for female workers to achieve their own quality standards; Second, it should be combined with activities such as "female workers' meritorious service", "female workers' entrepreneurship", "female workers' post success" and "female workers' civilized family" as the basis for realizing the self-standard of female workers' quality; Third, combining with the implementation of laws and regulations on the safety protection of female employees, the protection mechanism of female employees' rights and interests should be established according to law as a guarantee to realize the self-regulated quality of female employees; Fourth, give full play to the characteristics of women workers' organizations in combination with the business activities of the Municipal Bureau, and realize the self-standard of women workers' quality as the comprehensive completion of the activities. Around "one main line, four combinations", we have carried out the following series of activities.
First, do a good job in the training of female workers and cadres and the political and ideological education of female workers, and strive to improve their political and ideological quality. The Women Workers' Committee of our city held a meeting of female workers and cadres (business managers) instead of training. At the meeting, they were organized to study the characteristics, methods and main tasks of female workers' work in the new period, and to communicate on the activities of "quality self-reaching the standard" to achieve the purpose of mutual learning and communication.
The second is to carry out competition activities in depth and give full play to the important role of female workers in the construction of "two civilizations" in our bureau. Carrying out innovative activities is an effective way to unite and mobilize the majority of female workers to participate in enterprise reform and development and promote their own development in a wider range of participation. It has played a positive role in promoting new trends in the industry and establishing a good service image. Combined with the activity of "Quality Self-reaching Standard", our bureau assessed employees from five aspects: professionalism, professionalism, law-abiding, service attitude, and unity and cooperation, and a number of professional women experts emerged. In a certain year, one person won the title of "Women's Civilized Post" and one business department won the title of "Women's Civilized Post" as an advanced collective. With the development of this series of activities, the quality self-improvement activities not only have rich connotations, but also show the elegance of women in the new era. ? The Women's Working Committee of our bureau regards professional skills training and scientific and cultural quality improvement as the important content of self-realization of quality standards, and carries out this activity in a deep and solid way in combination with its own industry characteristics.
On this basis, our bureau participated in the speech contest and essay reading contest organized by the trade union of the Municipal Bureau. By taking the lead in holding a speech trial contest in the bureau, all female workers are urged to study closely around the theme of "autonomy, self-commitment, self-pressure, self-struggle and self-improvement", so that female workers realize that in the fierce market competition, only by improving their comprehensive quality can they survive and develop themselves and be invincible in the fierce market. This speech contest has played a good role in demonstration and publicity, and at the same time, our bureau has found talents, and our players have won the Excellence Award in the speech contest of the Municipal Bureau.
Every year, our bureau organizes new employees to carry out job skills training, and conducts a comprehensive assessment of employees' business ability, and strives to improve the sales staff's business skills, with remarkable results. In combination with the development of new business in our bureau, female employees are trained in various ways in time, such as a business, a business, etc. , so as to train female employees to be "multi-skilled" in one post, and then become mentors of this kind of business on the platform of our bureau, thus driving the development of a new business; Cooperate with the Municipal Bureau to carry out "Excellence" around the activity of "improving service quality and satisfying customers", which further improves the service level of our bureau. In a certain year, the service quality satisfaction of our bureau was above a certain level, ranking in the forefront.
Three, supervise, check, summarize and evaluate, and strive to carry out the "quality self-standard" activities in a deep and lasting way.
The trade union of our bureau will incorporate this work into the assessment of the trade union's responsibility target in carrying out the quality self-compliance activities, which is linked to the overall work completion of the trade union. We should make a quality self-standard activity plan at the beginning of the year and summarize it in the middle of the year. In the whole activity, we should combine short-term goals, medium-term goals and long-term goals. It is clearly stipulated in the "Implementation Plan for Self-standardization Activities of Female Workers" issued by the trade union of our bureau that those who do not participate in the self-standardization activities of quality cannot participate in the advanced individual appraisal organized by the trade union system; Departments that fail to organize female workers to meet the quality standards themselves cannot be awarded the titles of various advanced collectives of trade unions, which makes trade union organizations and departments pay enough attention to this work. The women's working Committee of our bureau also pays close attention to the supervision and inspection in the implementation process, so as to achieve three unifications: first, the scheme is unified with the implementation scheme; The second is the unity of guidance and inspection; Third, the usual inspection and year-end assessment are unified.
