Car health killer movie

I have found this film before, haven't I? The protagonist accidentally found a sports car smuggling garage in revenge, and found that it was planned by a police chief. Then he destroyed the garage with a woman and took a Ferrari (like a convertible). The police chief drove Lamborghini to chase after each other on the desert highway and finally killed the police chief.
