And I just needed this course, so I went to listen to it. The experience of these months has made me feel the importance of self-management more and more. Self-management is very important, no matter what industry or occupation, no matter whether you work or not.
For entrepreneurs, if they can't manage themselves well, changing careers is not only easy to sacrifice health, but also inefficient, and family, career and their own needs can't be coordinated.
For office workers, if they can't manage themselves well, they will easily fall into various self-management pits, the most common of which is working overtime and staying up late, which is inefficient and stressful during the day.
This is especially true for freelancers. All the time is at their own disposal. If they can't manage themselves well, they can't coordinate various needs.
So, I began to learn self-management. I talked a lot in the course, which inspired me a lot and was very useful. Among them, two things impressed me the most.
1.? Make up your mind to manage yourself.
For many people, he knows the importance of self-management and the importance of a healthy and regular lifestyle, but he just can't. There seem to be many factors preventing him from doing it.
In fact, it involves making up your mind. When you make up your mind to take care of yourself, everything becomes much easier. Instead of letting a little thing stop you, you can stop you easily, so you give up again and again, and then you still feel that you can't do it.
Make up your mind to manage yourself, that is, tell yourself that you must do it, you must do it, you must manage yourself, and there is no room for discussion. Why? Because it is extremely important to manage yourself. The result of poor management is that you always ignore some important things, even many important things, but your time and energy are spent on other unimportant things, and the really important things are not paid enough attention.
When you really understand this and have the determination to manage yourself, self-management will be much easier. You won't find any reason or excuse to stop you from managing yourself.
For example, if you make up your mind to go to bed early and get up early, then when evening comes, you will be ready to go to bed, instead of continuing to do something because it is not finished, but putting it off until the next morning. Because you know that sleeping is more important at this time, you step back to entertain, study, work and make money.
2.? Disassemble the target and minimize the executable file.
After making up your mind to manage yourself, what you need is the ways and means to really manage yourself. At this time, you need to disassemble the target and minimize the executable file.
What does good self-management include? How can I open it? Many of us know something, but we don't think about it seriously.
In this way, it is obvious that if you do every small part well, you will have a good self-management system. In addition, decompose each small part until it is as executable as possible.
For example, sleep management can be divided into going to bed early and getting up early. Sleep takes 1.5 hours as a cycle, and generally five cycles are the most suitable, that is, 7.5 hours. It is best to fall asleep before 1 1 p.m. If you decide to go to bed at 10: 30, it will start at 6: 00 in the morning. Then set the alarm clock and wake yourself up.
In this way, I will go to bed on time after midnight and get up on time after midnight, at least 2 1 day, and the habit is almost formed.
It's much easier to split it up like this, and then it's good to form habits one by one. Good habits are healthy, regular and efficient lifestyles, that is, good self-management.
As soon as I finished this course, I began to do it, starting with going to bed early and getting up early. First, I got into the habit of getting up early and forced myself to go to bed early by getting up early. After nearly half a month's experiment, the goal of getting up early has been basically completed, and it has been adjusted to about 6 o'clock every day and 1 1 point at night. Next, continue to adjust to go to bed early and advance the time by half an hour. After doing that, I began to take part in sports.
After forming this habit, I not only get up more energetic every day, but also get in better shape and do things more efficiently, so I prefer this rhythm and arrangement.
We can all manage ourselves well, as long as we make up our minds and do it in the right way. I hope everyone can manage themselves better and have a healthy, regular and efficient lifestyle.
