X. Working procedures for issuing food production licenses (QS access workflow)

2. There is no problem in the on-site review of the application materials. The accepting department will organize experts to complete the on-site review of the production conditions of the enterprise within 60 days after accepting the application. The certification inspection shall be completed within 30 days after the on-site sampling inspection is qualified, and the materials passing the inspection shall be summarized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and reported to the AQSIQ.
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine shall, within 20 days, make a written notice of approval or disapproval of the issuance of the food production license.
