The butcher in our village will kill a pig every one or two days, and then drive a van to various nearby villages to sell it, while walking along the village with a recorded big horn. Sometimes you get dizzy when you are tired from physical labor. In recent years, he still insisted on being a butcher. As he said, "I have been a butcher for decades and have feelings for this profession. Besides, he can't do anything else now. In order to reduce the burden on the child, he can only bite his teeth until he can't move. " Now Lao Yang's health is getting worse and worse. His family told him to eat less greasy food and pig offal, which they said would lead to "three highs". Now Lao Yang has a moderate diet, and the frequency of killing pigs is lower than before.
Actually, being a butcher is very tiring. I have to carry dozens of pounds of pork every day, and chopping pork and bones every day is manual labor. But now it's much easier than before.
