What level is the Health and Health Commission?

Formulate and organize the implementation of disease prevention and control plans, national immunization plans and intervention measures for public health problems that seriously endanger people's health, organize the formulation of national drug policies and national essential drug systems, formulate management measures for medical institutions and medical service industries and supervise their implementation, and be responsible for family planning management and services.
