Teaching plan of supplementary food in Shaoxing health classroom

Water is the basic component of all living things. Animals and plants rely on it to maintain the most basic life activities. Therefore, water is the source of life and one of the most necessary nutrients for human beings. About 50%-70% of human body weight is water, and the water content varies with age, sex, muscle development and body fat. The water in the body is mainly combined with protein, lipids or carbohydrates to form a colloidal state. About 50% of the total water in human body is intracellular fluid, and the other 50% is extracellular fluid, including intercellular fluid and plasma, so as to maintain the balance of environmental water and electrolyte in the body.

People can go without food for several days, but they can't go without water for several days. The first feeling of water shortage in the body is thirst, which is a signal that the body needs water, and the needed water can be supplemented by drinking water. Through long-term life practice, human beings gradually find that drinking water from a certain source can not only quench thirst, but also promote health, reduce the occurrence of certain diseases and even prolong life. Bathing or soaking limbs with some kind of spring water can also treat some skin diseases, or soothe the nerves, and can also accelerate the recovery of some chronic diseases. At all times and in all countries, the most deified water source for people is natural mineral water.

As far back as ancient Rome, mineral water in some parts of Europe was regarded as "holy water" to treat diseases. China has a long history of treating diseases with mineral water, which has a history of 3000 years. The ancient literature Li Daoyuan's Notes on Water Classics recorded that "Lushan Huangnv Decoction, the more you drink, the worse you get", and "Liquan Ming" recorded that "Liquan left the capital, and all chronic diseases were cured after drinking". This shows that people in China have known to drink mineral water for a long time. Mineral water can not only strengthen the body, treat many diseases, but also have a certain effect on some intractable diseases. According to relevant records, there is a natural mineral water source in Ke Yan Scenic Area, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, which has a history of more than 600 years, and is called "the holy water of heavenly doctors and bodhisattvas" by the people. On holidays, hundreds of people in Fiona Fang flock to worship the "heavenly doctor bodhisattva" and pray for water to cure diseases.

The water body of natural mineral water comes from natural precipitation. After decades or even hundreds of years of underground long-distance infiltration, circulation and migration, and a series of physical and chemical interactions with rock silicates and mineral elements in formation fractures, a large number of useful minerals and trace elements have been leached out. Therefore, the age of general mineral water is always several decades. Because the mineral water circulates slowly in the deep underground, the sealing condition is good, and it is not affected by external pollution, which ensures the sanitary, clear and pure water quality. The geological and hydrogeological conditions of mineral water sources around the world are different, the occurrence conditions and formation mechanism of mineral water are different, and the hydrochemical characteristics are also diverse. In the standards formulated by various countries, the boundary indicators of nutritional components and beneficial components are also different.

China's national standard for drinking natural mineral water stipulates that drinking natural mineral water is unpolluted underground mineral water that naturally gushes out from the depths of the ground or is artificially exposed; Contains a certain amount of mineral salts, trace elements and carbon dioxide gas; In general, its chemical composition, flow rate, water temperature and other dynamics are relatively stable within the natural fluctuation range. The "national standard" also determines the limit indicators that meet the standards of mineral water, such as lithium, strontium, zinc, metasilicic acid, selenium, free carbon dioxide, total dissolved solids and so on. Only one (or more than one) index meets the above ingredients can it be called natural mineral water. The National Standard also stipulates the limit indicators and hygiene indicators of certain elements and compounds and radioactive substances to ensure the safety of drinkers.

There is an old saying in China called

"Medicine is not as good as food, and food is not as good as water. Water is the king of Baiyao."

therefore

Choose healthy natural mineral water

As drinking water, it is very important!

Remember to drink more natural mineral water!
