A gradual process of health

Covering in spring and freezing in autumn will not cause miscellaneous diseases.

"Spring covers and autumn freezes, and miscellaneous diseases do not occur" is a proverb for health care and disease prevention. It means: don't take off your cotton coat in spring, and don't wear too much when it gets cold in autumn. Cover it and freeze it properly, which is good for your health and not easy to get sick.

"Spring cover" means that spring is warm and cold, and the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large in the morning and evening. In addition, it is often attacked by the cold spring. If you take off your cotton-padded clothes too early, once the temperature drops, it will be difficult to adapt and reduce your body's resistance, which will easily lead to various respiratory diseases and infectious diseases in winter and spring. Therefore, in spring, we should pay special attention to wind and warmth, and clothes should be gradually reduced, not drastically reduced.

"Autumn freezing" means that the atmosphere turns cold at the beginning of autumn, so don't rush to add too many clothes. Proper cool stimulation is helpful to exercise cold tolerance. After a certain period of tempering in an environment with gradually decreasing temperature, it can promote the metabolism and blood circulation of the body, improve the adaptability of the body to low temperature, and thus avoid many diseases.

The so-called "too much is too late", there is a limit to everything, and we should also pay attention to moderation in spring and autumn. Not covered or too frozen. You should do it according to your physical condition and temperature changes, and keep your body temperature at a relatively constant level of about 37 degrees Celsius. Under normal circumstances, the spring and autumn freezing can follow the principle of "8- 15".

Remember to cover more when the temperature difference between day and night exceeds 8 degrees Celsius. In this case, the climate is changeable and it is easy to induce influenza. Wearing thick clothes can also resist the invasion of cold. When the highest temperature exceeds 15℃ and lasts for 1~2 weeks, it shows that the climate is gradually stable, and it is possible to avoid covering and reduce some clothes appropriately.
