For some white-collar workers or other office workers, because of heavy work and insufficient working hours, they may not have finished their overtime work, so they will choose one. It's called the Da Vinci Sleep Method. This sleep mode is a way to get more working hours by adjusting sleep and working hours. Personally, I don't quite agree with this sleeping method. Because for a short period of sleep, it may actually be better than this Da Vinci sleep method.

Da Vinci sleep method, also known as multi-stage sleep method, mainly means that we sleep for half an hour after working for five hours. In this case, in fact, the sleep time and brain rest time needed by our whole body are not enough. The brain is not fully rested, which will affect work efficiency and quality.
