2, do not smoke, less respect for cigarettes.

We can't lose our self-esteem and grovel because of cigarettes, and we can't be slow and sick because of cigarettes. Cigarettes are daily necessities and gifts. 3, don't stay up late, get up late.

Over the years, I have a habit. When I was young, I often worked overtime until late at night. After middle age, I like reading until late at night. I always feel that this habit of staying up late can do a lot of things and learn a lot of knowledge. In fact, this habit of staying up late often leads to insomnia, loose hair, slow thinking and disorganized daily life. After a long time, I found that this was caused by staying up late. Sleeping too late disrupts the human body's routine. Sometimes I'm sleepy during the day, and sometimes it's hard to sleep if I want to. For a long time, I couldn't adjust, and I was very upset.

In this case, I went to see a doctor, and the doctor told me six words: don't stay up late, get up less late. In this way, I go to bed at about 10: 30 every night and get up at about 6: 00 on time. After a long time, this routine was formed and the body gradually adapted. Health is like this. If you obey it, it will conquer you and make you happy every day. Nothing is still. When there are special circumstances, I really didn't sleep all night, so I took a nap for half an hour at noon to adjust. Or take advantage of the weekend, such a good opportunity, take a full rest, adjust your body, and make health a necessity and condiment of life.

4, don't be angry, less angry.

Gas comes from the heart, and fire comes from anger. We can't have smooth sailing every day, and everything goes well. A friend of mine, regardless of the big and small issues around him, gets angry with the relevant people as long as he is not good to him, and develops the bad habit of being angry. After a long time, I have no friends around, so I have to ask for help. If he can't do it, he blames himself and has autism. Anger is an external manifestation, but it hurts your heart. Anger is directed at others, but what is lost is family and friendship. Whether it's internal injury or trauma, it's not right.

A healthy lifestyle, first of all, is not to get angry casually, but externally, that is, not to get angry casually. People have to experience many things in this life, especially distress, frustration, failure and so on. We should treat it dialectically, we should not hold our breath as soon as we meet, let alone vent everywhere and get angry for no reason. We should learn to comfort ourselves, treat those disappointments in life rationally, and don't make trouble for ourselves. We should restrain ourselves, learn to master everything, tolerate others more and be less critical.

5. Don't be lazy and rely less.

When we were young, we were sometimes lazy. Our parents couldn't get up without shouting, and our homework couldn't be finished before the specified time. Now that living conditions are good, many children have developed the habit of laziness, especially when exercising. They can't get up after a few steps, and they have no energy to play. They don't miss their phones. It is said that a friend's child is in his twenties, five big and three thick. He can't get up without shouting every morning and doesn't rest at eleven or twelve in the evening. Asking what to do is one thing, playing mobile phone. Such children make parents very helpless.

If you are not lazy, you should exercise more. If you rely less, you must become conscious. The younger you are, the more you should take physical exercise seriously. Now the country attaches great importance to physical exercise, and the senior high school entrance examination and the college entrance examination should be listed as separate courses. To form a good habit of doing more exercise depends on your love and persistence in sports. There are many numbers on the barrel sound to indicate the promotion of sports. This is a good thing. We should actively study and refer to it and devote ourselves enthusiastically to physical exercise.

6, don't eat more, eat less.

Eating is a science. Many people love to eat, many people are keen on eating, and now snacks in hotels and restaurants are all over the streets. On holidays, we can have a taste. When relatives and friends come, we should receive them warmly and eat and drink. Usually colleagues and classmates get together and have a full meal. What to eat? Where to eat? It depends on your financial strength. How to eat? My biggest feeling is that eating as little as possible is good for my health.

Don't eat much, pay attention to nutrition, mix ingredients well and arrange three meals a day. People who just want a full meal and don't want nutrition will also have a partial eclipse. Three meals upside down, fat and thin, beyond imagination. Many people like to eat snacks and fried food, which is more harmful to their health. Especially in roadside snack bars, fried food is more difficult to ensure hygiene. Eating less or not eating greasy food and forming habits are very beneficial to your health.

Health is not an abstruse article, but a vivid reality. Our eating and drinking, our physical exercise and our physical and mental health all come from "six no six little" and benefit from "six no six little", which is a habit that needs to be cultivated hard.
