1, particle board
The raw materials of particleboard are selected from wood or other crops, which are crushed into particles with certain specifications and bonded and pressed. This structure makes the toughness quite high, second only to the density board. There is also a pine board with directional distribution and arrangement of planers, which has good mechanical properties and relatively high price. The surface is uneven, which requires professional equipment for processing and milling, and is not suitable for modeling, so it is mostly used in wardrobes and cabinets.
2. Multilayer board
Also known as thin core board, plywood is made by gluing multiple layers of solid wood veneer in the direction perpendicular to the wood grain. Advantages are not easy to deform, good moisture-proof performance, generally speaking, better performance than particleboard.
3. Core plywood
Wood board is also a multi-layer board in essence, also called large core board. The inner core is closely arranged with a plurality of wood squares, and the surface is covered with two polished solid wood sheets. Common wood is fast-growing wood such as Chinese fir, poplar and Malacca.
4, density board
It is a kind of board which is made by crushing all kinds of wood raw materials and then re-gluing and hot pressing during processing, and its density is very high. Medium density fiberboard has a smooth surface and is easy to process and shape, but it has poor nail holding power and limited structural strength, and is often used as the base material of cabinet doors.
5. Fir board
Fir board is a kind of laminated wood, the core layer is based on Chinese fir, and several small pieces are spliced into boards with larger width and thickness by tenon joint technology, and the amount of adhesive used inside is low, so it is one of the most environmentally friendly decorative boards for indoor decoration.
