Nowadays, the pressure of study and electronic products have greatly reduced children's exercise time, so it is an extravagant hope to take time out for physical exercise. Although there is a certain relationship between the entrance examination for physical education and further education, the cramming mentality still exists widely, which leads parents to reduce their children's exercise time and focus more on cultural classes. In this environment, should students' physical exercise be "compulsory"? A puzzle of "enforcement" (1) Safety issues Sports is an activity practiced with the body. If the body is inactive, it is ineffective exercise. If you just exercise, there is no way to achieve the intensity and effect of exercise, but once there is strong physical activity and strong physical contact, accidents may occur. Parents' threats not only waste people's money, but also involve most of their energy. This makes schools and physical education teachers have to "learn from a painful experience", reduce exercise time and intensity, and become "moderate" physical exercise. (2) Personality development now advocates humanized education, emphasizes the development of students' personality, pays attention to the fun of sports, and weakens the intensity of sports and the learning of skills. As a result, there are more and more sports activities and sports equipment, but the students' physical health level has not been significantly improved and their skills have not been firmly mastered. Personalized education has deviated from the original track. (III) Law and Policy Since 20 16, the state has successively issued sports-related documents to promote the construction of a healthy China, and established a Healthy China Action Promotion Committee, emphasizing the need to put school sports work in a more prominent position. This series of policies really makes every athlete full of hope for the future. However, the Civil Code, which came into effect from 202 1 to 1, stipulates that if the victim voluntarily participates in some risky cultural and sports activities, he may not ask other participants to bear tort liability. When the word voluntary is mentioned, it is difficult to define it. Is it allowed if students keep taking time off to avoid physical exercise? If he was forced to take part in sports and was injured, how should he bear the responsibility? Second, the strategy of "enforcement" (1) school spirit construction When it comes to sports, we have to mention Tsinghua University, the highest institution of higher learning in China, which directly regards sports as the benchmark of enforcement. "No sports, no Tsinghua" stands in the center of track and field, as if telling every student in Tsinghua that there is no Tsinghua without sports and no students in Tsinghua without good sports. The elective course of physical education in Tsinghua has changed from three years to four years, with girls 1.500m and boys 3,000m. It is also stipulated that students cannot swim and graduate. This series of mandatory regulations, to a certain extent, hit the face of gentle movement, not a good benchmark to lead. ? (2) Teaching implementation? The coercion of school physical education class is not coercion and autocracy, but a certain range of regulations. Physical education class is a national curriculum and is protected. It is believed that teachers can improve students' interest in active learning and change passive learning into active learning by implementing the three requirements of "learning, diligent practice and diligent competition" in the new curriculum standard, carefully designing classroom content and formulating a series of incentive measures. (3) Scientific evaluation and evaluation criteria suitable for students' physical development are also necessary means of "compulsory sports". It is not difficult to find that the current physical health standards are far lower than the previous standards, which means that students' physical fitness is generally declining. Faced with this problem, teachers practice according to students' current physical foundation, and capable children have to raise their requirements, which cannot be satisfied with the current standard status quo. Only by letting students constantly challenge themselves according to their own abilities can they continuously improve their physical level. In fact, sports have never been gentle. Compulsory physical education is the only way to improve the physical health level of teenagers in China at this stage. Every sportsman should have a sense of social responsibility. Many countries are carrying out compulsory physical education. If we are "gentle", what will we argue with others in the future? I hope everyone in China has a long-term view of the world and its own development. After all, good health will make everything hopeful.
