The National Children's Painting and Calligraphy Competition is sponsored by China Children's Plastic Arts Society, approved by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education, and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is the only national first-class social group related to art in children's plastic arts category.
