Prevention and control measures of red and yellow codes in Huarong county (Huarong epidemic prevention and control)

Returnees from other places should take the initiative to report to the community/unit and inform them of their residence history, contact history, physical health status and other information in the past 14 days, and provide health code, travel itinerary, nucleic acid test and COVID-19 vaccination certificate. Health code "red and yellow code" personnel should cooperate with the implementation of corresponding epidemic prevention control measures according to the following conditions:

1. People who have lived in high-risk areas or medium-risk areas where local community transmission has occurred in recent 14 days will be isolated on 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14 days respectively.

2. In recent days 14, people who have lived in the county where the high-risk areas are located or have potential close contacts with yellow health codes were observed at home for 7 days and monitored at home for 7 days, and the nucleic acid was detected on 1, 3, 7 and 14 respectively.

3. 7-day health monitoring at home, 1, 3, 7-day nucleic acid detection, aiming at the key population whose health code is yellow, who have lived in the city where high-risk areas are located, or may have been exposed to confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections.

4. For those who have lived in the city where the middle risk area is located in the past 14 days, family health monitoring was conducted for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection was conducted on 1 day.

All epidemic prevention and control dates are counted from the date of departure, and the health service is 14 days or 7 days by supplementary filling. If the start date of health service exceeds the date of nucleic acid detection, the detection interval will be shortened and the detection times will be completed. If the required number of tests cannot be completed during the health service, it should be tested once a day until the end of the health service.

If there are symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, and decreased sense of smell in family health monitoring, the yellow code personnel should immediately report to their local communities, wear disposable medical surgical masks, go to the fever clinic of the county people's hospital in time, and take the initiative to inform the doctors of their recent 14 days' residence history and contact history. During treatment, they should avoid taking public transport.

In principle, those who assign abnormal codes should implement corresponding epidemic prevention and control measures according to the color of the original health code before changing the code, and can pass it in an orderly manner after changing the code.

"red team, Code Yellow" personnel who fail to take the initiative to report and comply with the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control may bear relevant legal responsibilities for violating the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
