1, the legality of the company:
Guests can check the company's business license, tax registration certificate, fire map and other documents to confirm whether the company is legal and safe.
2, child labor and underage workers:
It is absolutely forbidden for guests to hire/kloc-children under 0/6 years old. They can accept the employment of 16-year-old and 18-year-old underage workers, but they must be approved by government departments and take practical actions to protect the physical and mental health of underage workers.
3. Discrimination:
When hiring and promoting employees, guests shall not discriminate in terms of gender, race, age, beliefs, etc. General factory inspectors will check the personnel files of all on-the-job personnel and the personnel files and labor contracts of those who have left their jobs in the last 6 months.
4. Working hours:
The company must guarantee workers' rest time according to local laws and regulations, at least one day a week, and the working hours per week should not exceed 60 hours.
5. Labor remuneration:
Overtime in peacetime and legal holidays shall be paid according to the standards stipulated by local laws, and the monthly salary shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. Guests will generally check the employee attendance and salary payment records in the last 3 months or 12 months.
6. Disciplinary measures:
Guests do not accept any measures such as fines, beatings, curses, etc. imposed on employees by the company, let alone forced labor by the company.
7. Health and safety:
The company shall provide a healthy and safe workplace with necessary environmental protection measures and relevant licenses. Employees in special occupations should have corresponding operation certificates.
