Personnel who need to report:

(a) in high-risk areas and their counties (cities, districts) or local municipal personnel;

(2) The areas where positive infected persons (including confirmed cases, suspected cases and asymptomatic infected persons) are found and their counties (cities, districts) or local municipal returnees;

(3) Persons who have an intersection with the action trajectories of positive infected persons or close contacts;

(4) Overseas returnees;

(5) Persons whose health code is "red team" or "yellow code";

(6) Persons with recent travel, business trip and residence history;

(seven) other personnel required by the epidemic prevention and control department.

In principle, the above-mentioned persons who need to report shall be reported by themselves, minors and other persons who cannot complete the report by themselves shall be assisted by their guardians, and those who come to visit relatives and friends shall be assisted by the residents in charge of reception.

Those who don't take the initiative to report, deliberately conceal information, refuse to implement epidemic control measures, refuse to accept medical observation, and fail to comply with epidemic prevention regulations during medical observation will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility according to the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment. Those who cause the epidemic to spread and endanger public safety will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to the law and regulations.
