Sources of health information

The sources of health data can be divided into two categories, primary sources and secondary sources.

The main source of health information is the assessed, which mainly refers to clinical patients, and can also be sub-healthy or healthy people. Generally speaking, except infants, people with mental disorders or mental disorders, the information provided by patients themselves is the most reliable.

Secondary sources of health information include insiders, which refer to patients' relatives or other people closely related to patients, such as parents, couples, friends, colleagues, teachers, classmates, neighbors, etc., and can collect information about patients' living or working environment, living habits, physical and mental status, etc.
