After all, you are only in the second grade, and you are not very nervous. You can do more outdoor sports, especially morning exercises (because you need scientific fitness). Remember that "a day's plan lies in the morning", and the air in the morning is so fresh ~ don't be misled by the second floor into "starting around 9: 00-10 on Saturday morning" ... that's it. Please refer to the following schedule for details:

Saturday

Morning exercises from 6: 30 to 7: 00, such as running on the horizontal bar and skipping rope, can be done (usually getting up at this time is also the best, and it can be changed into endorsement or words)

Have breakfast from 7: 00 to 7: 30 (you can listen to the news at the same time)

Clean the room from 7: 30 to 8: 00.

Do your homework at 8:00- 1 1:00 (don't sit for a long time, get up and relax occasionally)

11:00-12: 00 Freedom (help with housework or reading)

Lunch 12:00- 12:30.

12:30- 13:00 rest (including washing dishes)

13:00- 14:00 nap (this is very important! Science has proved that you can only grow taller by sleeping.

14:00- 16:30 play computer (remember, you are still a student, don't play too many games, computers are still tools).

16:30- 18:00 outdoor sports (including fitness)

18:00- 19:00 dinner (washing dishes+having a rest after meals or reading newspapers)

19:00- 19:30 to watch the news broadcast.

19:30-2 1:30 watch TV or surf the internet or read books (this depends on personal hobbies).

2 1:30-22:00 do indoor sports+wash.

Go to bed at 22:00(6:00)

Sunday

6:30-7:00 morning exercise

Have breakfast from 7 to 7: 30.

Clean the room from 7: 30 to 8: 00.

8:00- 12:00 free (go out to play with classmates or something)

Lunch 12:00- 12:30.

Rest at 12:30- 13:00.

13:00- 14:00 for a nap

14:00- 16:00 do your homework (you can change it to playing computer or reading when you finish it on Saturday).

16:00- 18:00 outdoor fitness

18:00- 19:00 dinner

19:00- 19:30 to watch the news broadcast.

19:30-2 1:30 watch TV or read a book.

2 1:30-22:00 indoor sports

Go to bed at 22:00(6:00)
