Morning exercises from 6: 30 to 7: 00, such as running on the horizontal bar and skipping rope, can be done (usually getting up at this time is also the best, and it can be changed into endorsement or words)

19:30-2 1:30 watch TV or surf the internet or read books (this depends on personal hobbies).
2 1:30-22:00 do indoor sports+wash.

16:00- 18:00 outdoor fitness
18:00- 19:00 dinner
19:00- 19:30 to watch the news broadcast.
19:30-2 1:30 watch TV or read a book.
2 1:30-22:00 indoor sports
