(A) "Gong Hang e home" APP subsidy application process
1. Scan the QR code to download and install Gong Hang E-Home APP.
2. Register in Gong Hang E home and fill in the membership information.
3. Click "Medical Mutual Assistance" in the navigation bar to enter the application interface of medical mutual assistance subsidy.
4. Fill in the information or upload the information picture according to the prompt, and click Submit Information.
5. Check the subsidy application status in the "Query Results" in the upper right corner of the page.
(B) Intelligent trade union online subsidy application process
1. Login interface: open it and click Personal Affairs.
2. On the main page, click "Online Declaration" in the policy consultation and subsidy application for on-the-job employees' medical mutual assistance.
3. The online subsidy application submission process is the same as the "Gong Hang E Home" app.
