Red team personnel processing flow
1. After the health code turns red, report it to the local community (village) as soon as possible, and the community (village) will report it to the local town (street) as soon as possible, and report it to the municipal prevention and control headquarters as soon as possible. In principle, people in red team are forbidden to travel.
2, by the isolation transfer class and community (village) docking, point-to-point closed-loop transfer to the centralized isolation point, isolation medical observation.
3. Simultaneously carry out epidemic reconciliation and medical investigation.
4. When the isolation period expires, the nucleic acid test result is negative, and the health status is normal, the centralized isolation will be lifted, and the code will be changed to yellow, and the 7+3 home health monitoring will continue. During the period, travel is restricted, and people are not allowed to participate in assembly activities, obtain assembly places or take public transportation. Personal protection must be standardized when going out.
Color of health code
Health codes generally have three colors, namely red, yellow, green, and purple and orange in some places, so there are five in all.
1, the green code can pass freely, and the yellow code must be isolated for 7 days to become a green code with normal body temperature. Red team is a confirmed case, suspected case, fever case and asymptomatic infected person.
2. There are purple codes in some areas, which belong to high-risk personnel, such as confirmed patients, suspected patients and asymptomatic infected people with positive nucleic acid test. The orange code belongs to close contacts or suspected contacts. There are no symptoms or abnormal records in the national database. The national system will automatically update the data for you, and the identity code will be automatically converted into a green code.
If your health code is red, you should be in the home set or isolated for 14 days, and the health card will be green for 14 days. If the nucleic acid test is negative on days 1, 7 and 14, the isolation can be lifted.
Issues related to health laws and regulations
How to change "yellow code" or "red code" into "green code"?
A: In order to do a good job in health code service, the transcoding process of health code has been optimized according to the relevant policies of national epidemic prevention and control and the relevant regulations of provincial and municipal health code management:
First, if the health code is abnormal due to personal identity and mobile phone number information errors, the individual shall apply to the unit or community where he works and provide a negative result of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. After the unit or community audit, according to the relevant rules and procedures reported to the district and city epidemic prevention and control headquarters for transcoding.
Second, for confirmed cases, fever patients, close contacts or sub-close contacts, domestic high-risk areas or entry personnel, nucleic acid sampling and testing should be done regularly according to regulations, and transcoding should be done according to relevant rules and procedures after meeting the conditions for lifting isolation.
Among them, red team will be converted into a yellow code after the centralized isolation is lifted, and the home isolation will be implemented, and then converted into a green code after the home isolation is lifted.
District headquarters and communities (villages) will arrange special forces to accept and process transcoding applications in a timely manner in strict accordance with the requirements of provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, so as to effectively and accurately manage and serve people with abnormal health codes.
What kind of people can't transcode for the time being?
(a) confirmed cases that have not been cured, asymptomatic infected persons that have not been released from medical observation, and suspected cases that have not been ruled out;
(two) close contacts or close contacts who have not been released from medical observation, and medical observers who have not been released from home isolation;
(3) COVID-19 symptoms such as fever and cough occurred within 0/4 days of/kloc;
(4) At present, observers are being isolated in high-risk areas;
(five) high-risk personnel in the national epidemic prevention database 14 days.
Q: What if the elderly at home can't use smart phones or have practical difficulties in using them and can't apply for health codes?
A: If the elderly really need to go out or have difficulty in using it, they can register in their community. After checking the ID card of the elderly, vaccination, nucleic acid detection and on-site temperature detection, the staff can issue relevant certification materials to facilitate going out to work.
Important note:
If there are new adjustments to the coding and transcoding rules due to changes in epidemic prevention and control policies, the latest requirements issued by the government shall prevail.
