In this case, people's life and work become more mechanized and formalized, the emotional communication between people is reduced, and the interpersonal relationship established between them is more fragile. Moreover, the complexity and diversity of life also determine the complexity of interpersonal relationships, making it more and more difficult to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, so many people have problems in interpersonal relationships for various reasons. Bad interpersonal relationships will cause great obstacles to a person's social support system, and then have a great negative impact on a person's psychology. The disharmony of interpersonal relationship will not only increase people's psychological burden, but also easily lead to more adverse events. In the long run, it will do harm to a person's mental health and even physical health.

3. Can't adapt to the society well

The rapid development of modern society will make many people find it difficult to adapt and integrate into society for various reasons. In the face of many phenomena in the process of social development, we and people around us often have various views, such as: feeling that society is unfair, many phenomena in society are unacceptable, thinking that our wages are too low, feeling unfair, and so on. If these "views" are not treated reasonably, it will easily lead to inner imbalance, making it more difficult for people to integrate into society, and at the same time there will be negative psychological States such as depression, anxiety, uneasiness, loss, inferiority and jealousy. These unhealthy mental states are common manifestations of sub-health, and they are also important reasons for sub-health of the body.
