What is the definition of health by the United Nations World Health Organization?

The United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as "health is not only the absence of disease, but also physical health, mental health, good social adaptation and moral health". Therefore, health not only refers to physical health, but also includes the interdependence, mutual promotion and organic combination of psychology, social adaptation and moral quality. When the human body is healthy in these aspects at the same time, it is truly healthy. It is not easy to be a healthy person, because a truly healthy person means a fully developed person.
