Tenth health supervision institutions at all levels should formulate preventive health examination work plan.

Article 12 The health examination undertaking unit shall arrange the health examination according to the list of the inspected personnel determined by the health supervision institution and the specified items. Thirteenth health inspection units shall submit the original records and health inspection results of the inspected personnel to the health supervision institutions.
Fourteenth health supervision institutions shall, according to the results of health examination, issue health certificates to those who pass the preventive health examination. Put forward opinions on handling unqualified personnel and supervise their implementation. At the same time, the original materials should be submitted to the inspected unit or the designated filing unit for filing.
Fifteenth health supervision institutions shall summarize and analyze the preventive health examination within their respective jurisdictions every year, and timely submit it to the local health administrative department and the health supervision institutions at higher levels.
