Can I go out during self-health monitoring?

Home isolation requires living alone under the guidance of the community and medical staff, and don't go out.

Family health monitoring refers to the necessary work and life travel under the premise of taking the initiative to do personal protection. The key point is to do a good job in daily monitoring of body temperature and symptoms in view of the potential risks that still exist in ourselves, starting from being responsible for ourselves, others and society.

At the same time, consciously maintain a reasonable range of activities and social distance, and fulfill personal obligations and social responsibilities. No flow during family health monitoring means no cross-regional flow. Home isolation should have a separate room and bathroom, and strict control measures such as cleaning, disinfection, living alone, eating alone and not leaving the living room should be implemented.

The difference between home monitoring and home isolation lies in:

First, the crowd is different.

Home isolation: for people with high risk of infection after exposure, such as people from overseas and medium-high risk areas, people in local medium-high risk areas and closed control areas.

Home monitoring: for low-risk people.

Second, the requirements are different.

Home isolation: the requirements are more stringent, requiring the observed person to stay indoors and have a separate room to live in. Central air conditioning communicating with other rooms cannot be used in the room. Disinfectants such as medical surgical masks, disinfectant paper towels and 84 disinfectant should be prepared, and garbage bins covered with plastic bags should be set up.

Home monitoring: staying at home, you can eat and live with your family under the guidance and management of township (street) and village (neighborhood) committees. For family health monitoring, try not to go out unless necessary. If you really want to go out, avoid taking public transport.
