At present, the mental health of vocational school students is worrying. For various reasons, they have negative psychological phenomena, such as inferiority, weariness of learning, anxiety, etc., and they are more violent, completely ignoring their own and others' lives. Mental health classes can help students to promote physical and mental health development and become people who adapt to social survival. Understanding the current situation of mental health classes in our school does not provide a basis for the development of mental health classes in the future, which is also the theme of this survey.
First, the current situation of psychological activity class (psychological counseling)
This survey was conducted from June xx to July xx. Two classes were randomly selected from three grades in our school for investigation, and * * * got 196 questionnaires. According to the survey, almost all the students answered that the school had not conducted psychological activity classes or similar courses, but four students answered that the school had conducted psychological activity classes. Nearly half of the students don't know what the function of psychological activity class is, and even think it is useless. The other half of the students answered that they knew the function of psychological activity class, but simply thought that psychological activity class was just to adjust emotions and enlighten students. At the same time, although the school has built a new psychological counseling room and venting room, there is no professional teacher who can give students scientific and systematic counseling. Some students don't even know the existence of the counseling room, or just think that the counseling room is a place to play (there is a sand table). The teacher in charge of the psychological counseling room in our school is not a professional teacher, but has taken several psychological counseling courses.
Second, analysis and conclusion
After this investigation, the following findings are obtained: the school does not give students psychological activity classes or similar courses, and students do not have a deep understanding and understanding of psychological activity classes, which may also be because the school does not pay enough attention to the importance of mental health to students. Although the school has added a psychological counseling room and a vent room, at present, these devices are only for decoration and have not really been put into use. The teacher in charge of the school psychological counseling room is not well educated and is not a psychology major. During his further study, he only attended several courses on psychological counseling and did not receive systematic psychological training, so he could not even give professional guidance to students' questions. At present, half of the students think that mental health classes are unnecessary, half of them think it is necessary, and teachers generally think it is necessary, but there are not enough teachers.
Third, the reason analysis and prospect
There may be the following reasons for our school's failure to carry out mental health activity classes: First, the school pays more attention to the cultivation of students' skills and pays less attention to students' mental health; Secondly, due to the school's failure to pay attention to this and insufficient publicity in this area, students have neglected the importance of mental health accordingly; Third, the teachers in the school are not professional enough in mental health, even if they want to carry out it, they are willing but unable.
In fact, Lulong Vocational Education Center is a national key vocational college, which already has many hardware conditions, including the establishment of psychological consultation room and vent room, which is very conducive to the development of psychological activity classes. However, soft power is still lacking. Teachers in charge of class in schools should receive more systematic and scientific psychological training, and at the same time, schools should pay more attention to mental health, do a good job in this publicity, and arouse students' attention. In this way, I believe it will bring students a better and healthier campus life.
Investigation report on psychological status 2 In order to have a deeper understanding of the psychological status of female workers in the county and better care for their psychological healthy development, xx County Women's Federation conducted a psychological status survey on 64 enterprises and institutions 192 female workers in our county by issuing questionnaires, holding symposiums and visiting front-line female workers. The purpose of this survey of female workers' psychological status is to understand the psychological status of female workers in our county when they are faced with various problems and puzzles in their work and life, as well as their attitudes and plans to their own situation, so as to provide effective data basis and support for further developing female workers' psychological health training and counseling, and provide targeted suggestions and measures for establishing a professional team of psychological counseling for female workers in the women's Federation system.
* * * Investigated 192 female employees in 64 enterprises, distributed 192 copies, and recovered 166 copies, including 1 state-owned enterprises, 49 private enterprises and1public institutions. Among the other three companies (including foreign investment, Taiwan investment and joint venture), there are 123 married women, accounting for 74.09% of the survey; There are 94 women with college education or above, accounting for 56.62% of the total number; Women under 35 years old 1 10, accounting for 66.26% of the total number.
The contents of the survey mainly include four aspects: the confusion encountered by female employees in their current work, their responses to the confusion, their attitudes towards their own salary level and unit distribution system, and their plans for future work.
According to statistics, there are 59 people who are under great pressure to choose work, accounting for 35.54% of the total number. Secondly, the career planning is chaotic, with 45 people, accounting for 27.1%of the total number; The third is that it is difficult to balance family and work, with 43 people, accounting for 25.9% of the total number.
When faced with problems and puzzles, nearly half of the people choose to comfort themselves, and 3 1 people choose to keep their state depressed for a period of time, accounting for 66.86% of the total; 53 people choose to talk to relatives and friends, and 6 people choose to vent by drinking and shopping, accounting for 35.54% of the total number. Faced with all kinds of pressure and confusion, 92 people felt it necessary to organize mental health training, accounting for 55.42% of the total number.
There are 132 people who feel reasonable about their own salary level and unit distribution mechanism, accounting for 79.8+0% of the total number. Among them, there are 88 people whose salary is 1500-2500 yuan, accounting for 53.05438+0% of the total number; There are 46 people whose salary is 2500-3500 yuan, accounting for 27.71%of the total number; There are 18 people whose income is lower than 1.500 yuan, and 14 people whose income is higher than 3,500 yuan, accounting for 10.84% and 8.43% of the total number respectively.
For the future work plan, 58 people choose to have the idea of job-hopping, accounting for 34.93% of the total number, of which 37.9% want to quit because of poor income, and 24. 13% want to quit because of personal development. In the topic of how to stimulate work enthusiasm and creativity (multiple choices), 134 people choose to increase their income, accounting for 80.72% of the total number; 100 people choose environmental improvement, accounting for 60.24% of the total number; 78 people chose position promotion and leadership recognition, accounting for 46.98% of the total number.
According to the statistical analysis of questionnaire data, most of the female employees surveyed are married young women. Although most of them are basically reasonable in the distribution mechanism of their units, raising their income is still their greatest expectation for their future work and the biggest motivation to stimulate their enthusiasm for work. At the same time, more than half of the female employees surveyed have bachelor degree or above. They have higher requirements for themselves, and have not given up their work progress because of getting married and having children, so the pressure from work has become the biggest problem they are facing at present. Faced with all kinds of problems and puzzles in work and life, most female employees take negative measures such as self-consolation, and only half of them think it is necessary to carry out mental health training and knowledge lectures.
There are many reasons why female workers are entangled in their mental state, mainly in the following aspects:
(1) under economic pressure.
Although female workers are still more or less influenced by the feudal traditional thought of "men are the masters outside and women are the masters inside", they have become an indispensable part of family economic resources in the face of a series of realistic economic pressures such as supporting their parents and raising their children. Therefore, no matter from the family or the individual, female workers have a strong demand for the progress and achievements of work, because the progress of work will first raise the income level, and the material foundation is the basis and premise of all needs.
(2) the desire to realize self-worth.
The vast majority of female workers surveyed have received higher education, and they have high self-awareness and self-orientation. They are no longer willing to play a supporting role in their work and life. They have their own ideas and plans for the future, and they are relatively independent in their work and life. They are eager to have a good working environment, get satisfaction and recognition from their work, and hope to have more room for development and realize their social values while maintaining family harmony. Therefore, they pay more attention to the development of enterprises and the promotion mechanism of enterprises, and their thoughts are more complicated and profound, which will undoubtedly increase their psychological pressure.
(3) There is no good decompression channel.
Due to the interaction of internal and external factors, female employees are facing great physical and mental pressure, but the way to relieve the pressure is very single, and nearly half of women cope with the pressure through self-comfort. This negative treatment will make their psychological burden accumulate continuously, and ultimately endanger their physical and mental health. When asked why Li Man didn't take physical exercise, travel and other ways to relieve stress, most female employees said that they didn't have time, and they were often exhausted after a day's work. They didn't have time for physical exercise, and tourism was even more difficult to achieve.
In recent years, at the request of the county women's Federation, women's federations in various towns (districts) have conducted a series of lectures on mental health knowledge for female workers, which have been widely welcomed by female workers. In the first half of the year, the County Women's Federation invited xx, director of the Clinical Psychology Department of xx Hospital in xx City, to give a lecture on how women correctly position their family roles and how to correctly handle family members' relationships, and to explain the marriage law, the law on the protection of women's rights and interests and other laws and regulations with typical cases, and analyze various problems and psychological puzzles that may occur in modern women's family life, which was well received by the majority of female workers. However, at present, there are few activities aimed at the mental health of female workers in our county. According to the statistics of the questionnaire, 45. 15% of the total population chose the grassroots, among which 22 people thought that the lectures on mental health knowledge were meaningless or insignificant, accounting for 13.25%. This shows that we don't pay enough attention to the career growth, medical care and psychological counseling of female employees, and there are not many activities and cohesion. The reason for this is the following:
First, lectures and training on mental health knowledge are not targeted. Psychological problems involve many aspects. Due to the lack of extensive research, our knowledge lectures and training are not targeted. Some female employees are organized by the unit rather than voluntarily, and the effect of the lecture can be imagined.
Second, the radiation surface is not wide enough and deep enough. Lectures such as discussing the role of women in family and marriage are welcomed by most female employees in terms of effect, but the coverage of such lectures is not wide enough, and the proportion of female employees in enterprises is not high enough, mainly because business owners do not pay enough attention to the mental health problems of female employees.
Third, the lectures and training of mental health knowledge are lack of continuity. Often a lecture or training on a special topic ends, even if it involves the psychological confusion of female employees, it is only a little bit, and it can't really solve the psychological problems of female employees from the root.
According to statistics, among the female workers surveyed, 23.49% chose training instead of organizing lectures and training on mental health, which shows that some female workers have realized the importance of mental health and sought to solve their psychological problems through lectures and training on mental health. How to further play the role of women's federations and help female workers solve their psychological confusion, the following suggestions are put forward:
(a) Publicize the importance of strengthening.
It is necessary to widely publicize the importance of mental health throughout the county, especially the bosses of enterprises as the key publicity objects, and publicize the important role of mental health in stabilizing the workforce of enterprises. It is necessary to select typical cases close to the lives of female workers throughout the county, make promotional videos, and illustrate the importance of mental health with real stories. It is necessary to strengthen face-to-face communication with the majority of female employees through the staff stage, volunteer professors on business trips, and visits and condolences from employees, so as to understand the psychological status of female employees in real time. It is necessary to conduct regular surveys on the mental health status of female workers, and grassroots women's federations should have more heart-to-heart talks with female workers, understand their psychological needs and puzzles, and solicit their opinions and suggestions on conducting lectures and training on mental health knowledge.
(2) Make overall arrangements and lay a solid foundation.
Encourage grassroots women's Federation cadres to actively participate in psychological counseling training. It is necessary to make overall arrangements for the relationship between study, training and work of grassroots women's Federation cadres, and support psychological counseling and training with practical actions. According to the actual work, we should actively select willing, experienced, enthusiastic and mass-based female cadres to participate in the training, so as to further expand their influence and appeal among employees.
(3) Carry out activities to strengthen pertinence.
It is necessary to visit grass-roots enterprises frequently and have extensive interaction with female employees, and conduct a 1 survey on the psychological status of female employees in the county every year to understand their psychological dynamics. On the basis of extensive mental health training, deepen the content of lectures on mental health knowledge, from general discussion to in-depth analysis. It is necessary to strengthen the docking with grassroots women's Federation cadres, choose appropriate topics according to the different psychological needs of female employees in different enterprises, and strengthen the effectiveness of lectures and training on mental health knowledge.
(4) Improve the mechanism and strengthen sociality.
It is necessary to organize lectures and training on mental health knowledge regularly, and form a mechanism to encourage the majority of female workers to develop the habit of paying attention to mental health. Promote towns (districts) to help work sites to carry out mental health consulting services, and incorporate mental health training into the annual training plan. It is necessary to integrate effective resources, actively cooperate with trade unions, health, civil affairs and other departments, build a three-level linkage mechanism of cities, counties and towns (districts), promote mental health training, and promote the physical and mental health of female workers. It is necessary to actively strive for funds, promote the establishment of mental health consultation rooms for female workers at the city and county levels, equip full-time and part-time psychological counselors, sit in the clinic regularly every week, and every friend regularly visits the grassroots.
