Second, cooperate to complete the inspection
Please cooperate with the staff of the "check-in-Sichuan" checkpoint at the exit of the expressway to take body temperature on the spot, and complete the "four checks, one sweep, one nucleic acid report"-check the health code, travel card, residence history of risky city and 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid, scan the "check-in code", sample nucleic acid on the spot, and complete the community report on the spot.
Please cooperate with the staff in logistics parks, industrial and mining enterprises, professional markets, construction sites, large supermarkets and other truck distribution centers, expressway service areas, gas stations, parking lots, drivers' homes, auto repair shops and other places to take temperature measurements, scan codes on the spot, check health codes, travel cards and negative nucleic acid certificates.
Third, the mobile phone temporary pop-up window
After scanning the "entrance code" at the exit of the expressway, a temporary pop-up window will appear in Tianfu Health. During this period, please take personal protection, take public transportation, and daily activities such as accommodation registration, first aid and dining are not restricted, but you are not allowed to go to other closed places with dense people and closed space.
Fourth, the implementation of prevention and control laws and regulations
Please search the official account of "Sichuan CDC" on WeChat, and confirm whether you have a history of living in high-risk areas according to the "Health Tips of Sichuan CDC".
1. If you have lived in a medium-high risk area within 7 days, if your destination is not in Chengdu, please strictly implement the prevention and control measures and leave Chengdu as soon as possible; If the destination is in Chengdu, you can take the closed-loop management mode of "take, stay and chase" to the loading and unloading place for non-contact loading. Please leave Chengdu as soon as possible after loading. If you really need to stay in Rong, you need to be isolated for 7 days if you have a history of living in a high-risk area, 7 days if you have a history of living in a medium-risk area, and 7 days if you don't have the conditions for home isolation.
2. If you don't live in a high-risk area within 7 days, please cooperate with relevant investigation and control according to Sichuan Disease Control and Health Tips, and keep daily inspection during your stay in Chengdu. 3. If your health code is abnormal, it will be controlled according to the regulations on the management of red and yellow codes.
