1. Student introduction
There are 48 students in our class, including 25 boys and 23 girls. The overall performance of the students in the class is: good psychological state, positive optimism, and generally obedient. Class cadres are more responsible for class work, and most students can take time off consciously when they have something to do. Daily duty work is serious and responsible, most students can listen carefully in class, and students can also be United and friendly. Since this half term, every student has studied hard and worked hard, and the class has been United and harmonious.
However, there are also problems. Some students are not active enough to study, their homework is passive and their handwriting is scrawled. Few students fail to finish their homework on time. Some students don't show positive thinking or speak actively in class. These are all bad behaviors in their studies. Some students need to further strengthen their self-care ability. They should clean themselves up in time and keep their clothes clean and tidy.
2. The concept of class management
Strengthen students' independent consciousness and teachers' service consciousness, cultivate good class spirit and promote class construction. In order to achieve the double-base goal of students and adults. I put forward the principle of class guidance, that is, to pour true feelings and care for every student. Pay attention to details and personal habits. There is a saying that habit determines character, and character determines fate. Especially for freshmen, I attach great importance to the formation of habits, such as reading early, being on duty, doing homework, arriving at school on time, asking for leave, talking and discussing.
The formation of habits is very important. Let students change those bad habits and develop good study habits in the past semester. With good habits, academic achievements will inevitably follow.
The mid-term exam is a test of students' learning situation since half a semester. In this exam, some outstanding students emerged, including 9 students in the top 50 and 0/00 students in the former 18 students. Among them, Liu Ting and Wu Xiao made remarkable progress; However, the mid-term exam also reflects some problems: some students' learning objectives are not clear enough, their learning autonomy is poor, and they lack consciousness.
Some students' study habits and methods are backward and inefficient. For example, if you don't hurry up, you don't ask the teacher if you find a problem, you scribble and don't change it after repeated teaching.
3. A few students haven't put the seats in the study room properly, so they have fun and waste time, which leads to poor class status.
4. There are still some bad phenomena in the class, such as: some students like to make small moves in class, some students like to attack others, and they don't get along well with their classmates, some students are indifferent to the class collective, and some students are unwilling to take responsibility. This requires parents and teachers to contact in time to help students get rid of these shortcomings in time.
Students have poor awareness of learning and no initiative. They have to be watched by teachers, even with whips behind their backs.
6. There are many lazy people who are afraid of using their brains, writing, remembering things and memorizing things. Everything they do is to complete the task. Even some students can't finish the tasks assigned by the teacher, so they have no sense of competition.
8. I am impatient with the teacher's criticism and education. I hope that parents will cooperate with the school to do the following work:
1. From now on, work out learning goals with children, and work out specific measures and plans to work hard for the goals, put them into action, and urge children to work hard to complete them.
2. Strengthen communication with children, be strict with children, and master the time when children go to school and leave school. What children are asked to do must be done to the letter and cannot be compromised casually. Otherwise, in the long run, it will form a situation where you don't count and decide not to do it. They should be good at discovering children's bright spots and give appropriate praise and encouragement in time; However, don't use excessive material rewards to stimulate children's learning.
4. Educate and urge children to make good use of coming home from school and weekends. According to the requirements of quality education, the school curriculum is very tight, and most of the time for doing homework and self-digestion is after returning home, and the time for relaxation is over.
In addition, not attending classes on weekends doesn't mean not studying, just having more time for yourself. Students can do homework, read extra-curricular books, delve into difficult problems, review this week's knowledge, do wrong questions, make up what they can't learn this week, take part in special study, exercise and so on. As parents, we should urge our children to hurry up, don't indulge in the internet and watch soap operas.
5. Cooperate closely with the school and don't blame the school and teachers in front of the students, which will affect the image of the school and teachers in the eyes of the students, and even affect the learning attitude of the students, thus damaging the educational effect. Parents have opinions on teachers. If they criticize and vilify teachers in front of their children, it will directly affect their opinions on teachers.
As the saying goes, kiss your teacher and believe in his way. As parents, we must understand and cooperate with the teacher and keep consistent with the teacher's caliber. If you think the teacher is doing something wrong, you must communicate with the teacher in time, understand the situation and understand the way the teacher handles the problem. Don't just listen to children's one-sided words.
Parents should always pay attention to the safety of their children. First, school safety, reminding children not to chase and fight, which is easy to cause accidental injuries; The second is traffic safety, reminding children to obey traffic rules, and the third is food safety. The weather is getting hotter and hotter, and the hygiene of the food stalls outside cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, remind children to eat at home as much as possible, and parents should try to prepare breakfast and lunch for their children and take care of their personal safety.
Parents should not give their children too much pocket money, which will easily encourage their children's bad habits of spending money and eating snacks, breed the psychology of comparison, and lead to children's inattention and attention deviation.
