How to fulfill the responsibility of territorial safety management "

(1) Clarify the leadership responsibilities of local party committees and governments. Local party committees and governments at all levels should always put safety in production in an important position and strengthen organizational leadership. The relevant departments responsible for the supervision and administration of production safety shall perform the supervision duties of production safety and occupational health in relevant industries according to law, strengthen supervision and law enforcement, and severely investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations.
