There is no rumored blood glucose monitor, but the Galaxy Watch 4 is indeed equipped with a unique three-in-one health sensor for measuring heart rate, collecting electrocardiogram and reading body composition–this is the first major smart watch that provides bioelectrical impedance analysis.
