Boiling is the best way to eat peanuts. Boiled peanuts are the simplest and most scientific way to eat peanuts, which can well retain the nutrients of peanuts and taste very delicious. Although the practice of boiling peanuts is simple, there are some tricks to cook them well. As long as you master a little, you can make very delicious and pure farm peanuts in a short time.
The key technique is: gently press the front end of peanut with thumb and forefinger, and the peanut shell will crack a small hole, which will not only save time when cooking, but also make it easy for the taste of soup to enter.
Ingredients: 2 kg peanuts, 2 star anise, 2 tbsp salt, cinnamon 1 piece.
1. Wash peanuts with clear water until there is no sediment.
2. Gently press the front end of the peanut with your thumb and forefinger to crack a small hole in the peanut shell. Press a small hole on all peanuts in turn, so that it is easier to taste when cooking.
3. Pour the processed peanuts into the pressure cooker.
4. Adding water, the ratio of water to peanuts is 1: 1.

9. Take out the peanuts and control the water to eat. Continue to soak the rest in the juice. The longer you soak, the better.
Tips:
1. Peanuts must be cleaned until there is no sediment in the water, otherwise it is not salted peanuts but mud peanuts!
2. Before cooking peanuts, gently press the front end of peanuts with your thumb and forefinger, and the peanut shell will crack a small hole, so that the taste of soup can easily enter it when cooking, and you can taste the taste of peanuts soon.
Don't pour out the water for boiling peanuts, let peanuts soak in this juice all the time, and take some out when eating.
