Five criteria of perfect figure

The standard proportion of perfect figure: head-to-body ratio, head-to-shoulder ratio, waist-to-hip ratio, beautiful leg ratio, upper body-to-lower body ratio.

1, head-to-body ratio

The concept of head-to-body ratio originated from the ancient Greek standard for human statues, that is, head-to-body ratio = height/head height, which is what we usually call several heads. But strictly according to the formula, the perfect proportion of the human body is theoretically only eight heads.

In addition, most people's head-to-body ratio is below 7.5, and only a few supermodels will reach 8. Not to mention the Asian race, reaching 7 heads and 7 bodies are above average.

2. Head-shoulder ratio

The standard of head-to-shoulder ratio is that the shoulder width is about 2.5 head width. If it is greater than 2.5, it is considered as a wide shoulder, and if it is less than 2.5, it is considered as a narrow shoulder. The width of shoulders has a great influence on the dressing effect, and it is also a headache for many people.

If the shoulders are wide, T-shirts can wear some shoulder-length clothes, which can reduce the shoulder width visually. If the shoulders are narrow, you can choose off-the-shoulder sleeves or small flying sleeves, which can increase the shoulder width visually.

3, waist-hip ratio

Waist-hip ratio is the ratio of waist circumference to hip circumference. A healthy waist-hip ratio is below 0.85. According to BBC research, the perfect waist-hip ratio for women is 0.7. But it is difficult for Asians to have such a perfect S-shaped curve.

To improve the waist-hip ratio, you can wear some A-line skirts, which will make the waist thinner and the hips look more upturned. Or loose pants, such as wide-leg pants and straight pants, can alleviate the problem that the crotch curve is not obvious.

4, the proportion of beautiful legs

According to the calculation, the ratio of perfect leg shape should be the girth ratio of thigh, calf and ankle 5: 3: 2. The perfect leg shapes we see in our daily life actually conform to this law.

If the thigh ratio is not standard and the calf and ankle ratio is ok, you can wear short skirts and Bermuda shorts. Short skirts are cuter and Bermuda shorts are neutral, which can effectively cover up the deficiency of thighs according to personal preferences. In addition, split skirts are also a good choice, only leaking calves and ankles, which can make the whole leg look much thinner.

5, the proportion of upper body and lower body

The requirement for models is that the lower body is longer than the upper body. The square gauge is measured from the hip circumference. Measure the distance from the back of the neck (the most prominent part of the back of the neck when you hold your chest high and bow your head) to the tail keel (the sharp little bone in the middle of the hip). This is the length of the upper body.

Measure the distance from hip fold (the dotted line between the back of thigh and hip when standing upright) to the ground (barefoot). This is the length of the lower body. Subtract the length of the upper body from the length of the lower body to get a value, which is the ratio of the upper body to the lower body. The average person's upper and lower body ratio is about 10- 12cm. If the ratio exceeds 14cm, he can qualify as a model.
