In April 2022, Jiaxing's initial epidemic policies were as follows:
1. Implement "14+7+7" health management measures for the entry personnel, that is, after the entry personnel have completed 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation, they will continue to implement 7 days of home health observation and 7 days of daily health monitoring.
2. For those who come from the town (street) where the epidemic situation is at high risk in China, the area where the epidemic situation has spread in the community, or the area that the local government has announced and allocated for the whole region to be closed, and those who come to Jia and return to Jia at the same time and space as the positive cases, 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health concept will be implemented.
3. Other personnel from counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas are located in China need to leave the regional and global nucleic acid detection areas with nucleic acid detection reports, and those who return to Jia from transportation hubs with epidemic risk must provide negative proof of effective nucleic acid detection within 2 days when they come to Jia. If there is no proof, it will be guided to designated places such as comprehensive service points for nucleic acid testing. If the result is negative, the daily health monitoring measures of 14 days should be implemented.
4. In the past 14 days, people who have lived in high-risk areas and counties (cities, districts), people in closed management areas, people with positive cases at the same time, people who need to leave areas and regions with nucleic acid test reports, and people who have returned from transportation hubs with epidemic-related risks should temporarily come to Jia and return to Jia, and then arrange travel after the epidemic-related risks are lifted. If you really need to return to Jia Jia, you should take the initiative to report to your village (community) or unit at the first time, cooperate with information registration, immediately carry out nucleic acid testing, and abide by the relevant provisions of local epidemic prevention and control; In recent 14 days, people who have lived in other counties (cities, districts) or local epidemic-prone areas (districts directly under the central government) must hold the green code of "health code", provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours when they come to Jia, report to their villages (communities) or units voluntarily, and cooperate with the implementation of health management measures as required.
5. Those who travel by card or come back from other provinces must hold the green code of "health code" to encourage them to take the initiative to do a nucleic acid test nearby and implement self-health monitoring.
