You need to apply for a short-term tourist visa to Korea.

Landing card
Entry cards are required to enter Korea, and flight attendants will issue them to passengers on the plane.
You need to carry a pen with you and prepare the name, telephone number and address of the hotel in advance. These contents need to be filled in on the disembarkation card.
The entry card will be available in multiple languages. It doesn't matter if you are not familiar with Korean and English. Just ask the flight attendant or find the China entry card in front of the immigration office.
To enter Jeju Island without a visa, you need to fill in three cards: entry card, property declaration form and health report.
You can fill it out in Chinese. Although "property" and "health" are mentioned, for ordinary tourists, these questions are routine checks and registrations, so don't be nervous, just fill them in truthfully.

What are the requirements for applying for a visa to Korea?
