What are the physical examination items for children in kindergarten?

Park physical examination items:

Basic items: previous medical history inquiry, height, weight, skin, facial features, heart, liver, spleen, lung and external genitalia examination, trace elements, blood routine, urine routine, etc. Dental caries, vision, hearing and intelligence screening.

Key projects: infectious diseases and nutritional diseases. Specific projects vary slightly from place to place.

In the past, the immunological examination of hepatitis B is not listed as a physical examination item in kindergarten (school) now, so there is no need for examination.

It is suggested that if children suffer from infectious hepatitis, tuberculosis, conjunctivitis, pinworm disease, dermatosis and other diseases, they can only enter the park after recovery, and those who have a history of contact with acute infectious diseases must also suspend their admission.

Extended data 1. Admission (institute) physical examination

(1) Children should be inspected by medical and health institutions before entering kindergartens, and can only enter the park (institute) if they are qualified.

(2) Medical and health institutions and personnel who undertake the physical examination of children entering the park (institute) shall obtain corresponding qualifications and receive relevant professional and technical training. Carry out health examination according to the items specified in the Administrative Measures, and fill in the Children's Admission Health Checklist (see annex 1) in a standardized way. The health examination items shall not be changed without authorization in violation of regulations.

(3) Children suspected of infectious diseases found in physical examination should be "suspended from admission" and treated in time.

(4) When children enter the park (institute), the child care institution shall check the health checklist for children entering the park (institute), the health manual for children aged 0-6 and the vaccination certificate.

It is found that children who have no vaccination certificate or are not vaccinated according to the national immunization plan should report to the county-level disease prevention and control institution where the vaccination unit or nursery institution is located within 30 days, and urge the guardian to take the children to the local designated vaccination unit for supplementary certificate or replanting. Nursery institutions should re-examine the vaccination certificate after the children have reissued the certificate or replanted.
